CMI – Construction Material Industry Sdn. Bhd. was founded in ***7 and have since established itself as a reputable manufacturer and distributor of cementitious dry-mixed prepacked additives, skim coat, plasters, tile adhesives, waterproofing and technical mortars.
The manufacturing facility is located in Gopeng, Perak, with a capacity of *0,**0 metric tonnes per month. Customer satisfaction with the products and services rendered together with environment protection and safety in all its business activities are the utmost important philosophy of CMI. Therefore CMI has adopted ISO ***1 (Quality Management System), ISO ****1 (Environmental Management System) and ISO ****1 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) in its management system. Most of its major range of products are ‘Green Label’ certified by Singapore Environment Council.

We recognize the need to innovate and upgrade on our existing products & facilities to enable us to effect cost saving measures, and stringent quality control is adhered to and continuously keep ahead of our customer’s expectations with its assurance on quality at the most competitive price.
Our on-going R&D approach is to involve professionals from various disciplines to promote a valuable exchange of diverse view points and creative ideas to achieve the specific results desired by our customers. Development work is therefore conducted & closely coordinated in the field as well as in the laboratory.
