Cabo Heat is a Hot Sauce Company based in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. We are a small family owned business that personally selects the best ingredients from local growers and produces the sauces ourselves. We only make the sauces in small batches to ensure the quality of our product. We started making the sauces back in ***3 because we were looking for a Flavorful hot sauce with the right amount of heat and could not find it. We wanted to bring a hot sauce to the market that was not just heat alone. We wanted FLAVOR too. The recipes we have developed have done this. We do have a couple of recipes for the "Chilie Heads" out there. Our "Tequila Habanero", and our "Cabo Diablo" can burn with the best of them. Oh Ya, and they are **2 Proof and *0 Proof respectivley. You can set our "Cabo Diablo" on Fire! (although we do not encourage it) We also have marketing merchandise available. We can produce around 5,**0 bottles a month.
