"Capoccetti espresso ***0" is a historical coffee brand,
originating from the Capoccetti family in the province of Viterbo,
Lazio region in Italy. The company currently has a direct sales
force of about *0 agents in Italy and about *0 agents in countries
such as Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Portugal,
Bulgaria, Albania and Russia (very soon we hope to be present in
Greece and Qatar). This commercial structure made up of exclusive
distributors and dealers, allows us to serve with professionalism
and respect for quality standards in the Ho.Re.Ca sector.
Our company is also member of the Italian Coffee Roasters
group, it ensures the qualities of “Made in Italy” brand and
starting from December ***0 we are awarded with the prize of
“ITALIAN EXCELLENCE”.
Regarding our production process and techniques, “Capoccetti
Espresso ***0” always ensures the best qualities of Arabica and
Robusta coffee from the best importers of red coffee such as
Sandalj, including a severe custom authorisation and control in the
harbour of Trieste. Furthermore, our company ensures annual
pre-sets selection of products, which guarantees the quality’s
consistency of the raw materials and consequently the quality of
our blends. The quality of "Capoccetti espresso ***0" coffee blends
is ensured thanks to a chain of rigorous procedures which starts
with the selection of the raw coffee followed by laboratory
examinations. The roasting procedure is very slow and based on
separated roasting depending on the coffee beans and related
blends. This process is concluded with the cooling technique
carried out exclusively through forced air. The storage procedure,
which occurs immediately after roasting, consists on placing the
product in dedicated silos for decanting. This ensures that the
coffee reaches its maximum olfactory and fragrance. At the end, the
packaging is done by using technologically advanced machineries
which place the product in specific packages for a perfect and
lasting preservation of the product.
