In addition to these facilities, the Southeast Asia Food
Application Center in Kuala Lumpur is one of Cargill’s three food
application centers in Asia. Established in August ***8, the
Southeast Asia Application Center serves customers in the Southeast
Asia region on the food applications of beverages, dairy,
confectionary, bakery and ice cream and ingredients application and
testing of stabilizers, emulsifiers, specialty fats, cooking oils,
cocoa and sweeteners.
