The success story can be directly attributed to the highly professional approach of the founders in choosing the brands that the firm represents and providing highly committed pre- sales and post-sales, support and service. Team Dhanush came-up with an out of the box idea of providing end to end solution for water related requirements and decided to represent the best brands in the respective product verticals. The parameters upon which the brands were decided had nothing to do with the propaganda or the brand popularity but the study went deep into the roots of the actual problems faced by the end users in each product vertical.
