We launch to R&D, manufacturing new multi-layers compositeleather of football/soccer , volleyball and basketballin ***7. Since the establishment,we focus to R&D, improving the new composite leathers forfootball and volleyball. Except the normalPU/TPU/PVC leather laminating, we have thermal surface film by PU/TPU/PVC, laser processing,for different colors/decorative pattern..At the same timewe researched one high wear-resisting RB materials,can keep football/soccer more flexible and endurable. All most the employees have experience of 5 years, 5 members of them have rich experience of*0 yearsin this field.
Ourcompany has 2 BR foam production lines, 1 the EVA foam production line,4 high-speedcomposite leatherlaminating machines,1 PU / TPU surface film laminating machines and 1PU/TPU surface treatment machine. We also havemore than *0pcs (sets) measurement and testing equipment.Mature technology adopted by us to produce the reliable and qualified products.Our products cover TPU, PU, TPE synthetic leather, mainly in multi-layers composite PU, TPU and PVC leather for football/soccer. All the composite leathers can be laminating PU/TPU/PVC/TPRfilm, embossing/laser different patterns /colors as per customer’s demand.
