Tim O'Connor launched his women's fashion label in ***5.He has garnered a reputation for creating modern clothing with a timeless aesthetic. Tim studied fashion design at East Sydney's Fashion Design Studio as part of the National Art School. Tim O'Connor's Sydney flagship store opened on Queen St, Woollahra in ***2, and from this base has established a strong clientele both local and international. Tim O'Connor now also has a store in the Marina Mirage complex in Queensland. Tim also wholesales both domestically and internationally. Tim O'Connor designs to a modern and uncomplicated aesthetic and is inspired by beautiful fabrics and flattering silhouettes. Strong colours and textures are evident in each collection. When putting together looks each season there is fusion between elements: the tailored back with soft shape or fabric, sophisticated back with casual pieces and evening cocktail mixed with day or sport wear. The collection celebrates diversity and individuality and as always in Tim's collections there is that cross reference between rock chick style and lady like glamour. Tim O'Connor is a luxury Australian product that is largely made and manufactured in Australia using fabric and materials sourced globally.
