Consequently the complexity of the outsourcing process has greatly increased as well. An international network of reliable suppliers, offering quality at competitive prices, is of major importance. EM-Projects has an extensive network of suppliers, mainly in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. In the Czech Republic and in China, EM-Projects has an independent agency from which local outsourcing is being co-ordinated.
