We have a modern laboratory to perform quality control of our products. In these quality checks are performed physicochemical analysis, as determination of mycotoxins (aflatoxins and ochratoxin), sudans and capsaicin. Microbiological analysis was also performed, as Salmonella, E. coli, Bacillus cereus, molds and yeasts, etc. Our company has its own plantations, so that we are able to ensure the traceability of our products from the crop.
