Global Management is an organisation/company consisting of a group of academics and specialist consultants who work together to meet the requirements of a diverse range of clients No individual, within the associated group of consultants, devotes their entire time to Global activities as this would work against the fundamental principle that no valuable resource, be it time or money, is wasted in pursuit of meeting client objectives. When Global are invited to respond to a client brief we follow a simple process. The brief is evaluated in order that we can assess our ability to deliver a successful solution. We do not always respond positively. A project team is selected on the basis of specific project requirement. This team researches the project fully. A proposal is presented to the client. Global does not have a limited number of associated consultants as this would limit our ability to create specialist, cost effective teams to meet unique challenges. From an operational point of view we follow strict guidelines to ensure that client objectives are achieved and projects are carefully and successfully managed.
