GGC is an international, new generation construction company, which incorporates all aspects of design, purchasing, fabrication, warehousing and shipping processes'in-house'. Premium quality factory-built houses, at lower cost, as well as other building types such as multi-level apartment blocks, are the key products of the company. Our buildings are fabricated using GGC's Range of 3 Xceed Construction Systems, which allows complete flexibility for intended building uses, site locations, wind regions and client's budget criteria. Additionally GGC supplies bulk order individual construction and building decoration materials by the container load. Bulk materials may be supplied under license or un-licensed, depending on the particular material and a Licensee's capacity to meet minimum volume criteria. Country specific, global supply of buildings is achieved via the appointment of a National Licensee in each country, thereby giving a local communication and management hub to all activities and services. The National Licensee thereafter appoints and manages "Regional or State Licenses". We welcome Clients and prospective Licensee's to visit our Head Office and facilities at anytime.
