Brief Introduction of Products
    Houde is specialized in manufacturing rolling forged grinding balls ranging diameter from Φ*0 to Φ**0mm.
    Houde Grinding Balls have following advantages:precise dimensions,spherical geometry,high throughout hardness and outstanding mechanical performance.Meanwhile,the characteristics:excellent wearability,permanent in shape and cracking-proof ensure our balls could be well and widely used in large-scale mines,power plant, cement plant and the other industry.Our balls have gained good reputation in both domestic and international mark due to the fact that using Houdes grinding balls can reduce the usage of grinding balls,improve the fineness of slurry,and therefore improve productivity of communition and flotation process.
The major advantage of rolling forged balls,compared with traditional up-set forging grinding balls,is high stability,and the difference between surface and core have been minimized,which leads to a result that the uniformity of slurry can be improved and therefore communition and flotation productivity can be improved.A unique feature of the HOUDE manufacturing process is on-line heat-treatment favilities,which is self-designed and ensures our technology in leading position in the world.

1. High throughout hardness:the surface hardness could be HRC ****5;the average volumetric hardness could be HRC ****5.
2. AK≧*2J/cm².
3. Good ductility and none breakage:our drop balls test result shows **0% better than national standard.
4. No loss of roundness:in the mill,Houde balls wont be out of round from start to finish.
