Our Hong Kong Headquarters is the hub of international customer service and production coordination. Our factory is located in Ningbo with *0,**0sqm and more than ***0 employees for the production of faucet and bathroom accessories. Our monthly capacities are **0,**0 pcs. per faucets and **0,**0 pcs. for bathroom accessories respectively.
We have our own design team from Spain & China managing over *0 new designs of fashionable faucets and bathroom accessories registered in Hong Kong and the EU every year. Besides, we have a specialized technican team making use of imported machinery like CNC to provide in house support to our OEM & ODM businesses. Privacy for your OEM projects are well protected.
In Main Plan, quality is always observed comprehensively. Starting from the arrival of our raw materials (mainly Grade A H*9 brass complying with GB/T***1), we have German-made Spectrometer to ensure safety composition content is in accordance with international standard. Advanced inspection equipment is deployed to moniter our faucets and mixers are functionally qualified under EN standards as EN**7, EN**0 & EN***1. Electroplating thickness standard of Chrome & Nickel layers are also controlled by X-Ray Thickness Measurers & Salt Spray Testing Machines. In addition, imported components from Sedal, Kerox & Vernet Cartridges, Neoperl aerator and Sedal flexible hoses are used as well. Our products can thus reach Safety Standards like Kiwa, Water Mark, WRAS and AENOR.
In our factory which is already accredited with ISO***1:***8 Quality System, we use Sand Core Blowing and Gravity-Die-Casting leaded by IMR machines from Italy. Our spinning machines can drill up to 8 holes at the same time to ensure our product precision. Customers are always welcome to visit our factory and it is just about *5 minutes from the Ningbo Airport. In our factory you would find the virtues of our professionalism and excels as well.
