        We are manufacturer of cold forged parts. Our unit is located in Nashik ,India. We have installed various multi-station cold forming machines including 2 Dies, 3 Dies, 4 Dies, 5 Dies. We are manufacturing  variety of components like Clevis Pins, Dowel Pins, Knurled Pins, Ball Pins, Shafts,Studs, Rivets, Screws, Wire parts, etc.
 
     We have capacity to cold forge upto *5 mm shank diameter and **0 mm shank length.
 
    At present we are producing about ***0 M/T per annum and having capacity of ***0 MT per anum. 
 
    Currently also exporting Clevis Pins to UK and Germany.

     Our group is in this field for the last *2 years, we have gathered sufficient experience in cold forging.
 
         We do secondary operations like conventional machining, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, thread rolling, knurling, milling, bending, welding, brazing, slitting,grinding, etc on cold forged components. We cold forge variety of material including *6MnCr5,*0MnCr5, SCM**5, *4Cr4, Brass, *5B*5, En8D, SAE***0, SAE ***8, SAE***0, En*5B, etc.
 
    We can offer heat treatment like case carburizing, through hardening, stress relieving, annealing.
 
Regarding quality system, we have been updated with certifying body BSI as anISO /TS.
