Pasupati Acrylon has manufacturing capacity of ****0 TPA of Acrylic fibre , Tow and Tops both in Grey as well as Dyed 
Pasupati products confirms certification under ISO ***1:***5 .This certification indicates in meeting Global Quality and Standards 

In fibre, we produce from micro denier (0.9 denier ) to 5.0 denier in various cut-lengths starting from *5mm to **0mm
In coarser denier, we make from 5.0 denier to *5.0 denier in various cut-lengths.

Fix cut ( *5mm,*8mm,*4mm,*1mm,*4mm,*6mm,**0mm ,**8mm and **0mm ). We produce Variable Cut-Length also in the cutting range of *****5mm, *****5mm,******0mm and ******0mm.

"ACRYLON" Fibre ( Brand name of Pasupati Fibre ) is an ideal choice for processing on cotton spinning system as well as worsted spinning system to produce Non Bulk or High Bulk Yarns for various end-uses,such as Hosiery, weaving , Home furnishing , industrial & many other products

We produce both BRIGHT and SEMI-DULL  FIBRE ,TOW & TOPS

Pasupati Acrylon is the only producer of GEL DYED Fibre in India  with a capacity of ****0 M.T. per annum  where we can dye any shade of acrylic in big Lots with Excellent Quality,Shade Matching,Uniformity of Colour and Fastness Properties. In case you require any particular shade, you can send your samples to us and we can Match it in our State Of Art Laboratory and send the matched samples to you for your approval. After the approval, the said shade can be produced as per your order.

Our gel dyed products have good washing fastness (4.**4.5) and Rubbing fastness (4.**5.0)
Our minimum lot size in gel dyeing is *0 mt per shade.

 

We produce acrylic Grey/Dyed  Tops in **0 kg bale having each ball of *9 kg  and **0 kg bale having *5 kg bump
