Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Our company occupies a plant area of 3,000 square meters and specializes in producing molds for automotive rearview mirrors, automotive high-gloss ABC pillars, automotive air filters, engine shroud/gasoline bottom caseautomotive air intake manifolds, aircraft interior parts, power tools, aircraft interior parts, power tools and  other various injection molds.  

We specialize in producing industrial moulds for export and have been producing precision plastic, high temperature engineering material, rubber, zinc and aluminum alloy moulds for European, American and Japanese suppliers of automobiles, aircraft and electrical appliances.

Our mold making equipment is complete: 1 set of LEADER CMM, 1 set of 2.5-dimensional measuring machine, 1 set of AGIE CHARMILES mirror spark machine, 1 set of SODICK mirror spark machine, 3 sets of double-head spark machine, 3 sets of mirror spark machine, 2 sets of original imported large-stroke high-precision  slow speed wirecut, 1 set of medium speed wirecut, 1 set of MAXXTRONG2520 five-axis machine, 12 sets of Taiwan CNC 12 sets (including 5 sets of high-speed machines), 1 set of gantry CNC, 2 sets of deep hole drilling, 2 sets of mold fitting machine, 8 sets of milling machine, 5 sets of grinding machine, 1 set of injection molding machine 800T/470T/ 450T/ 260T each, and tapping machine, lathe, drilling machine and other mold making equipment.

There are 98 employees in our company, all of them have many years of experience in mold making and good quality consciousness in mold making; 22 professional technicians in engineering department also have many years of experience in design, mold splitting and programming, with an average of 12 years of working experience, not only with rich working experience but also with strong communication ability.
