Our mould making team can develop and produce gesso, brone and CNC aluminium mould . Also we are capable to improve costomers old mould and design new one to decrease production costs and improve work efficiency . Regarding factory facilities, we have 9 plastic moulding macines , *5 punching machines , 3 high frequency pressing machines and 5 folding machines , which can be used to produce different material ranged from PVC, PS, PP, PETG to APET . Hence we can meet different customers different requirements . At the same time we can process the products which need to be pressed for our customers . The output of every machine is up to *******0 pcs per hour according to the different dimensions of products, our one shift can process ***0KG material every day . We are mainly produce many kinds of electronic trays and plastic boxes, which widely used in electric products , toys , food , comestics , mini home electric appliances and medical products , but also include different kinds of gifts packaging , plastic boxes and flexible plastic bags . At the meantime , we are also produce working disc and packaging disc.
