Simplemente Madera Group Ltd. and its Affiliates, Agro-Forestal S.A., MAPIINIC S.A., Exchange S.A. and Tropical Hardwoods International Ltd. ("SMG"), comprise a vertically integrated hardwood timber growing, processing, product manufacturing and sales enterprise. With headquarters in Managua, Nicaragua, SMG has developed expertise in a broad range of disciplines, which are used in the company's own businesses and offered to others on a consulting and project basis. SMG's forestry management has been awarded international certification by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), following an intense assessment of its operation by the Rainforest Alliance's SmartWood ® Program, an accredited certifier for the FSC. Currently, with over 7, **0 mt2, including administration buildings, production, kiln, and storage areas, Simplemente Madera Group is able to produce ver **0, **0 BF of kiln dried lumber per month. The company is also able to process some *0, **0 m3 of lumber into valued adde products per year. The species currently offered included in the FSC forestry management program are: African Mahogany (Khaya Senegalensis) Pochote (Bombacopsis Quinatum) Spanish Elm (Cordia Alleodora) Tropical Oak (Tabebuia Rosea) Products in other species may be supplied depending on availability.
