Our Product Profile: 1) Our Dry Ready-Mix Mortar is a dry blend of OPC cement and well-graded Malmesbury sand, which contain natural lime at 8%; the sand content is pre-dried before mixing; 2) They are factory mixed to ensure that the correct sand and cement proportions are combined to guarantee a SANS ****7 - Class II (MPA **7) mortar as per SABS and NHBRC strength requirements; our MPA is closer to 7. A product that stands up to the task. 3) Malmesbury sand is fine grained; which provides a very fine textured finish; we are currently looking at an even finer sand for super smooth plastering; 4) We can produce individually designed mixes (concrete without stone) to our clients specific requirements and we are considering producing colour oxides in the future; an alternative to paint finishes; 5) There is a great saving on labour costs, and another great saving on waste; Production is increased by up to *0% compared to mixing by hand; 6) We supply in *0 kg woven poly propylene bags with a *0 micron polyethylene waterproof inner liner, stitched sealed at the mouth. This bag will stand up to lengthy storage and handling (drop tested); bags can be placed on pallets for easy storage; We may supply in *2 & *0 Kg bags in the near future, depending on demand; 7) We offer a custom printed decal on the bag to the customers specs (one colour or two - no tints) If requested or as standard, bearing our trade-mark & product description; 8) Point-of-sale banners or posters can be arranged at a cost to promote the product in-store; Our factory produced mortars offer: Consistent strength; Reduced mixing and labour costs; Reduced wastage; Correct cement content; Specification compliance.
