We are (Toscelik Abrasives) a memberof Tosyali Holding, who has several production plants for steel pipes and steel profiles.We would like to make our company and its products known to you.Our company, as a new low carbon steel shot producer, has began  production end of ***6 with a capacity of *5.**0 tons/year. With our second line we doubled our capacity (*0.**0tons/year) in ***0.
Our production, low carbon steelshot, has a wide range application area which is generally used for surface treatment; descaling, etching, deburring etc.and also has some advantages when compared to high carbon steel shots. Especially in big foundries, compared to high carbon steel shot, we reach very good results because of less consumption, which is reduced by min. %*5 due to longer life time, and less wearing parts on the blasting machines. Furthermore, it has significant and sufficient hardness (****5 HRC). Because of its bainitic microstructure, it is free from cracks. So, our production, low carbon steel shot, does not wear by breakage like high carbon steel shot. It wears by becoming smaller and smaller but always in a spherical form. Because of this result, it has a longer life time.
