VSM is a company which produces sun-dried, semi-sun-dried, and semi-dried tomatoes. We have been in business for over *0 years and operate from a factory in Torbali, Izmir. VSM has customers all around the world. Our biggest markets are the US and Australia, but we also export to Italy, Denmark, Canada, the UK, and other European countries. Our facilities have *0, **0 square meters of internal area, and *0, **0 square meters of open area. This gives us the capacity to produce 2, **0 metric tons of sun-dried tomatoes, **0 metric tons of semi-sun-dried tomatoes, and **0 metric tons of semi-dried tomatoes. We also have a ***0 metric ton capacity of cold-storage, with shock-freezing and double regime. Our raw material is produced by our agronomists, from seed to fresh tomato, and then delivered to our QA staff for acceptance. All our drying yards are controlled by both our QA staff and our production engineers, who place a high importance on ensuring our product meets the strict standards we require during all stages of production. We believe the quality of our product is the hallmark of our business, and we take great pride in delivering dried tomatoes of the highest standard. VSM offers many different product options for our dried tomatoes - from powder to halves, and from ready-to-eat to dry. Our factory has a production line for cans, jars, vacuum bags, doyle-packs, and trays, which are all produced in accordance with established pasteurization standards, and we also offer a range of other packaging options.
