The Vietnam Research Institute of Pulp and Paper Industry have recently made plans to transform from a governmental agency into a joint stock company. Vietnam has joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) this year and our changes are brought on as part of this exciting process. In the spirit of this historical event, our institute would like to provide you with an introduction and also a conference proposal.
