I have made yarn dyed designs with multi color warps and wefts. I have made designs with variable weft density, cramming, fill coupe, matelasse and other techniques. I have designed simple and complex castouts. Some castouts multiplied the repeat size of Jacquard Machine without changing the harness. I have worked in weaving of terry towels, kitchen towels, woven fabrics, denim fabrics and Jacquard Fabrics for Home Textiles and Upholstery. I have hands on and extensive experience in Technical designing of Jacquard and woven fabrics. I also have experience of production and planning of woven fabrics. I have visited many local textile fairs and Index Dubai ***7. I have a strong background in Computers which enable me to use this versatile technology in boosting overall productivity. I can provide, Bonas, Grosse, Staubli JC3, JC4 and JC5 file formats. The simulations will be in JPEG or TIFF.
