Our ISO-certified IRON FOUNDRY is operating in the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.
At WNCF we are manufacturers for ferrous metal castings by use ofsemi-automatic shell moulding and automatic sand moulding lines.
 
Our ferrous metalsare:
- CASTIRONS: grey (= lamellar graphite cast iron) and ductile(= spheroidal /nodular graphite cast iron ) irons
- DUCTILE CASTIRON SUPERALLOYS (ferrous alloys): D5S Ni-resist(austenitic high nickel-alloyed ductile = high-nickel heat and corrosion resistant = NiSiCr *****2) and SiMo ( = Silicon-Molybdenum) irons
- CASTSTEEL: stainless steel
 
Our in-house quality control equipmentbases on the following devices:
- Industrial X-ray detector
- Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES)
- Digital metallographic microscope
- High-frequency infraredcarbon and sulphur analyzer
- Computer-controlled universal testing machine

We outsource precision machining to local top-industries with modern CNC milling and CNC lathe machining centers and further typesof equipment.
