The company was incorporated on 5th August ***2 as RC*****7 by the Corporate Affairs Commission .

The promoter of the company is Mr. B. A. Akinola, who is a Chartered Accountant with thirty four years experience, having worked all this time with various multinationals. During his working career he was a Chief finance Officer for twenty five years, reporting directly to the CEOs and actively participating in company policy formulations and executions.

Mr. Akinola retired from paid employment in December ***4 having attained the mandatory retirement age of sixty years and now wishes to engage in the export business.

Brief Profile of Current Members of the Board of Directors & Company Employees
The board is made up Mr. Akinola and Mr. Emmanuel:

i. Mr. Babatunde Akinola He is the companys Chief Executive Officer and is a fellow of both The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has now attended various seminars and trainings on the export business and is well positioned to engage in the export business.

ii. Mr. Kolawole Emmanuel He is a retired banker and now runs his own Bureau De Change and is not involved in the day to day running of Winning Investments Limited.

The Company
We have a policy of operating within the ambits of the law and also deliver quality products and services to our customers. We would rely on referrals to grow our business and so would always ensure that we satisfy all our customers.

To this end we have already registered and obtained our export license no. EXC ****8 from the Nigerian Export Promotion Council. Our company is also featured on the website of the council and we can be located by searching with our name on the website.

We have also applied for and paid the dues for membership of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and our application is currently receiving the chambers attention.

Our office and warehouse is located at 2/4 Oluwatobi Street, Agodo Egbe, Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State in Nigeria.
