The company intends to invest RMB **0 million Yuan to the project with complete resigning formalities. The project products of our company are tetraethyl lead and fuel oil antiknock agents*-tetraethyl lead-ethyl oil. The project will be conducted in three stages with the first stage constructed and put into operation, the second and third stages being prepared to construct. The annual output of ethyl oil in the stage is 3,**0 tons (including ethyl oil for aircrafts and vehicles). The annual output of tetraethyl lead-ethyl fluid will reach to *0,**0 tons after the second and third stages constructed.

　　Industrial ethyl fluid is widely applied into air-transport industry and motor carrier industry. Ethyl oil manufactured by our company is classified into ethyl oil for aircrafts and for vehicles with ethyl oil for aircrafts being blue liquid and that for vehicles being orange liquid. These ethyl oil mainly consists of tetraethyl lead, 1, *-dichloroethane, 1, *-dibromoethane, gasoline, antioxidants and pigments. The lead content in tetraethyl of the two kinds of ethyl fluids manufactured by Jiuhe Fuel Oil has exceeded *1.*8% with density of ethyl fluid for vehicles being 1.*3~1.*6 and that for aircrafts being 1.*3～1.*6.

　　The indicators for the industrial ethyl fluid manufactured by our company have met the international standards of ethyl fluid for aircrafts and the indicators of congeneric products in the United Kingdom after tested by the oil crops institute of a certain department.
