Before put into production, we made several repeat life cycle test to insure all material quality are steady and match well enough. We guarantee our toner cartridges print in good quality within one cycle, we also made the environment test to insure the normal use of different customers in different zones. We keep improving our technics after put into production, we designate the professional technical workers to follow up the different series model on production line to control, analyse and solve every technics probelm to insure our steady quality in the first time. Every of our toner cartridge **0% check test on printer, we print 5pages test pages, called White page, Black page, Grey page, Ghosting page, Letter page 5% coverage. We play the customer role to check the quality and select few cartridges to print one cycle testing. We **0% check the toner cartridges looking before packaging. We select few cartridges from the packaged finished products to add some toner powder on the surface of MR to recheck the print quality before shipment. The packaging of our production are made the high drop and shake test to insure the production are in the good conditon while shipping.
