"Pro-Milk" cream is widely used in following areas: In a milk products industry it is used for manufacturing of spreads, sour cream products, curds and curd goods, cream cheese spreads and ice-creams. In meat-processing industry it is used for manufacturing of cooked sausages, sausages and small sausages as a substitute for dry milk. In a confectionery industry it is used for manufacturing of flour confectionery goods. In oil and fat production it is used for manufacture of mayonnaise and fatty sauces.
