We have specially trained harvesting teams equipped with modern harvesting machines to transport fresh olives to the factory within 8 hours to obtain high quality olive oil. Genuine cold pressing process is operated under*7°C. Periodic quality testing and olive pomace drainage is performed to the olive oil that is stored under constant temperature, light and humidity inchrome nickel steel tanks.
Our extra virgin olive oil is produced from fresh green olives of South Aegean region only by mechanical procedures without any type of chemical intervention. It has a mild fruity taste and balanced bitterness with a fresh olive aroma. Its acidity is maximum 0,4 % (oleic acid). We recommend this product for salad dressings, sauces, raw ingredients and cooking.
