machines to transport fresh olives to the factory within 8 hours
to obtain high quality olive oil. Genuine cold
pressing process is operated

to the olive oil that is stored under constant temperature, light

virgin olive oil is produced from mature black
olivesof South Aegean region. It has an intense
fruity taste and mild biterness with a traditional
flavor. Its acidity is maximum 2 % (oleic acid)
and we recommend this product for cooking, frying and salad
dressings .
