Introduction
WNS series boiler is a type of internal combustion three-pass fire-tube boiler designed by our technical professional according to the advanced technology from home and abroad combined with practical experiences. 

This boiler is fully automatic, it adopts horizontal furnace wet-back type structure. High temperature gas flushes the second and third flue,and then is emitted through the chimney into the air from rear gas chamber. 

The fuel after pulverization by the burner forms the flame filling the whole waveform furnace, and via furnace wall to transfer the radiant heat, this is the first back-washing. The high temperature smog yields from combustion is concentrated in back combustion chamber and turns to the second back-hauling. Whole five pope bundle area, after heat exchange by convection , the smog temperature gradually lowers and goes into the front smog chest, and there turning to the third back-hauling ,i.e., bare pipe bundle area, 

This boiler is equipped with movable front and back smoke-box caps, which makes convenient inspection. it is also equipped with the best industrial burner, with automatic operation, water level alarming and other automatic protection. So this series of boiler can greatly promote thermal efficiency , save fuel, reduce the operation cost and secure.
