Introduction
The drum of DHL series corner tube hot water boiler is laid in the external, and all around the furnace and rear flue, theres totally-enclosed membrane water cooled wall, which makes the boiler well sealed with high thermal efficiency. The fin grate which is driven by infinitive variable gear box is newly designed with high casting precision, so theres a low loss of mechanical incomplete combustion. 
The boiler is entirely supported by the circulating pipes and membrane, so the boiler structure is steadier, called Corner Tube Type Boiler.
 
Product features
1. High efficiency: Because the grate design is reasonable and is cast precisely, the fin grate is closely laid with the least coal leakage, so theres no need to shut down the furnace when changing the grate fins. and the mechanical incomplete combustion is only 7% and thermal efficiency is authorized to be over *2%; it can bring the maximum economic benefit to customers.
2. Safe water circulation: The boiler uses the unique water circulation; the drum is not heated, and the heated water flows in one direction; when it is power-off, water system does not evaporate, so the water circulation is safe and reliable.
3. No steel frame structure, with good seismic-resistance: With the unique water circulation of the corner tube boiler, the drum and the boiler drum are supported by membrane water cooled wall and downcomers, and all the membrane walls are welded into integration, so theres a good seismic-resistance performance.
4. Totally-enclosed structure: The boiler proper which is welded with membrane water cooled walls all around, is a totally-enclosed steel structure, so theres no air leakage. 
5. The furnace wall insulation structure: The outer wall of Corner tube boiler is installed with light-weight insulating material, covered with composite silicate board, and then is reinforced with metal plate , with no brick wall structure and excellent insulation effect.
