Product Description

1. Material: **0% high tenacity polyester;

2. Performed standard: EN*****2:***0, JB/T********7 and AUS***7.*****7;

3. Length: 1m to *0m optional, special length may be upon request;

4. Color: International standard;

5. Safety factor: 5:1, 6:1, 7:1 and 8:1;

6. Elongation: AT WLL, the elongation less than 3%, AT BREAK, the elongation less than ***2%.

7. ALWAYS:

· Store and handle round slings correctly.
· Inspect round slings and accessories before use and before placing into storage.
· Position the bight for choke lift at **0° (natural angle).
· Position the sling so that the load is uniformly spread over its width and protect the sling from sharp edges.
· Apply the correct mode factor for the slinging arrangement.

NEVER:

· Attempt to shorten, knot or tie round slings.
· Expose round slings to direct heat or flames.
· Use round slings at temperatures above *0°C or below 0°C without consulting the supplier.
· Expose round slings to chemicals without consulting the supplier.
· Shock load round slings.
· Use round slings which are cut or which have loose or damaged stitching.
· Use round sling with a missing/damaged label or illegible markings.

8. Storing and Handling Round Slings
Never return wet, damaged or contaminated slings to storage. They should be cleaned with clear water and dried naturally. Never force dry round slings.
Store round slings hung from non-rusting pegs which allow the free circulation of air.
The storage area should be dry, clean, free of any contaminates and shaded from direct sunlight.
Do not alter, modify or repair a round sling but refer such matters to a Competent Person.
