Product Description

**1 sealant for screw threads

It is kind of single component adhesive for sealing and locking of screw threads with medium viscosity, high strength. It will cure when between two matched metal surface and isolated with air. It can avoid the leakage and less of screw threads. It is applied on permanentlocking and sealing for screw under M*6 and prevent rusty. The typical usage is locking for thescrew terminal ofstud bolt(such as the stud bolt of Cylinder Head)

Application method

1.clean the surface of object, keep it clean, dry and without oil.

2. .coat enough glue on the bolt to fill in all engaged screw thread, the working effect will be better if glue line is blow 0.**5mm.

3. As to the big size screw threads, the bigger gap will influence the bonding speed and strength. It will reduce the frictional force emerged when assembling (Torque tension ratio). Should confirm this ratio if need to lock the screw threads to critical value.
