2.Application field

Caustic Soda is used in the manufacturing of cellulose, aluminum, soaps and detergents, synthetic fibers, rayon, cellophane, sodium salts in general, colorants and pigments, glass, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, in the production of sodium hypochlorite as well as other products for water treatment.

It is also applied in vegetable oil refinement, regeneration of resins of ionic exchange, paper production, textile industry, cotton mercerizing, dyeing, metal processing, petroleum extraction and neutralization of effluents.

3.The production process


All of our Caustic soda are made from Ionic membrane liquid alkali and diaphragm liquid alkali .
 
1.To guarantee the quality of our goods , all the material must get through laboratory tests before go into our factory .
2.Allocatethe material according to a certain proportion .
3.Put the material intopot by liquid alkali pump .
4.Heating continuously and stop it till **0 degree , precipitate for 1 hour , that is for wipping out the impurities .
5. Continue to heat ,then put a good amount of sulphur and Sodium nitrate for Colour mixing ,Precipitate again for 2 hours and keep warm with samll fire.
6.Put them into caustic soda flakes molding machine (for caustic soda flakes ) ;
Put them into caustic soda pearls molding machine (for caustic soda pearls)
7. Cooling ,packaging and put into the warehouse
