GMA acrylic resin for powder coatings
Description
RDE**0 is a solid GMA acrylic resin capable of reacting carboxyl
polyester to provide exterior durable powder coating with low
gloss.

Application
RDE**0 can be mixed with various carboxyl functional polyester
resins to formulate matte, one shot, and exterior durable
polyester powder coatings with ranging from about 5 to *0% of low
gloss.
Process & Mixing ratio
Added to formulation in pre-mixing stage, then extrusion; Mixing
ratio RDE**0/polyester [AV. Ca. *4mgKOH/g] = ****0/*5 by weight
parts.
Co-reactants & Catalysts
The gloss can be adjusted to range of *5% and more with TGIC, HAA
[hydroxyalkylamide] or RDE**0 in replace of part of RDE**0. In
addition, some cure catalysts may improve coating
mechanical/surface performance.
Shelf life
Based on our experience the shelf life of this product is at
least within one year from date of manufacture. For older than
this period, it is recommended to check the epoxy value.
Storage & Notice
Store in temperature between 2 and *5 C or cool dry place to
avoid wetting-absorption.
Handing & Precaution
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid breathing dust. Wash
after handling.
