TLP - ALK (Proteases enzyme) INTRODUCTION : TLP - ALK is a versatile enzyme based on proteolytic enzyme for all types of leather. This is an optimal blend of proteolytic enzymes from animal and microbial sources. The tailor made formulation has lipolytic side activity which help in removing the fatty tissues adhering to the skins and hides and thus facilitating an optimum bating action. Appearance : TLP - ALK is an free flowing off white to pale brown powder. pH Dependency : The Ph Range for the activity of TLP - ALK is approximately from 8.5 to 9.5 with an optimum performance at 8.5 . The exact pH optimum will depend on many process variables, such as Temperature , time , substrate nature and concentration. Temperature Dependency : The activity of TLP - ALK is effective in the Temperature range of *5 deg C to *5 deg C with the optimum performance at *0 deg C. The exact temperature optimum will depend on process variables such as pH , time , substrate nature and concentration. ADVANTAGES: TLP - ALK enzyme is especially suited for degradation of non – collagenous hide components during the bating process. TLP - ALK provides a clean and uniform hide pelt , increased area , increased tear strength and softness, reduced thickness and a significant area increase , all these features are originated from the optimal ratio between its elastolytic and proteolytic activity. As a concentrated enzyme product TLP - ALK enzyme is easy to formulate into ready to use bating preparation. PACKAGING : TLP - ALK is available in *5Kgs. HDPE containers. STORAGE AND STABILITY : TLP - ALK will meet the declared Activity of **0, **0/lvu/gm upon arrival at customer plant. TLP - ALK can be safely stored in unopened and sealed original containers.
