Product Description

AH**5 is a kind of antistatic plastic masterbatch, which is applicable for the production of BOPP and CPP films. It can eliminate the electrostatics on the product, and attract little dust.

Physical property:

Content: *5% surface active synthetic ammonium and synthetic ester mixed in PP homopolymer.
Melt index: 9～*1g/*0min
Water content: ≤0.*5%
Color: primary white or light yellow
Addition: the *0μm BOPP film made by adding 3～4% AH**5 antistatic agent may have its half-life period for the electrostatic charge after the slight corona treatment reduced to 2 seconds. For the BOPP film for printing or packaging, adding 1～2% of AH**5 may improve the winding and unwinding performances of the film, and effectively eliminate the electrostatics on the film caused by high speed running and friction during the printing.
