Equipment introduction

{   1.   Food Mixer
With compact structure, the machine is operated conveniently. It is safe and hygienic for its transmission mechanism is sealed inside the machine. The machine has three grades: fast, middle and slow. It is the ideal facility to made high-grade bread and cake.

2.Cake Forming Machine
The machine is adopted computer programming with compact structure, concentric function and convenient operation .It is also adopted power cylinder with photo electricity following its track and ration filling out automatically and accurately. You can use this machine to filling the cake raw materials into the cake moulds and conveying to the oven for baking. This is Suitable for custard cake, Europe cake and cake series products. The filling quantity is adjustable by customers’ requirement.Please brush oil on the moulds before filling; this is will make the demoulding easier. 

3. Tunnel electric oven
this tunnel oven is composed of oven tunnel, mesh belt and belt drving system.

4. conveyor belt for cooling 
conveyor belt is very important for transporating the product.

5. cake packing machine
 It is suitable for packing biscuit, egg-made crisps, chocolates, specially-long candies, preserved fruits and such products with separate package.
