tube production line as professional equipment is specialized for producing all kinds of LDPE laminated tubes, these tubes have been widely used in different packaging field, such as the package of pharmaceutical ointment, cosmetic cream, wash, foods (ketchup, jam etc.) etc. The control system of each machine adopts advanced PLC controller or computer; all key machine panels select stainless steel material. Also the function-centralized printer will be able to complete four or six colors print, UV cost and dry process automatically and the PE tube extruding & cutting machine which have auto-loader system only need 1/5 labor to manage. All of these make the line possess higher capacity and lesser operators.
