BB LOCK Mesh

BB Lock High-Co is a thread that can be inserted into the nose to raise the bridge or alar reduction.
This product is a thread that folds the barb that are only on one side in half and forms barb on both sides. The nose procedure is not a lifting procedure that raises the drooping area, but a method of catching the skin from the inside, making it into the desired shape, and then fixing it. Most of them are operated on the nose, but the surgery has the disadvantage that both the progression and recovery process are difficult and takes a long time. However, the nose procedure using thread has the advantage of being able to perform daily life immediately after the procedure because the procedure time is very short. It can also be done at a lower cost than surgery.

This product is made of polydioxane and dissolve in the human body about six to seven months after the lifting procedure. Therefore, the barb melts while making collagen with a sieve that forms a fixed force, so it can maintain its shape.

There are products that can be used to raise the nose bridge and products that can be used to alar reduction. It mainly uses 19G 50mm products to increase the nose bridge and 19G 38mm products to alar reduction. When a 50mm product is folded in half, barb are formed in both directions by 25mm. When a 38mm product is folded in half, barb are formed in both directions, 19mm each.
When performing a procedure to raise the nose bridge, about 4 to 5 threads are inserted. When performing a procedure to alar reduction, you can insert two to three threads for each alar. Of course, it can be adjusted according to the patient's condition.
