Beta-Glucanase Boli BG is a kind of microbial enzyme produced by submerged culture. It is endoglucanase which specifically hydrolyzes beta*1,3 and beta*1,4 glycosidic linkages of Beta-Glucan to produce oligosaccharide containing **5 glucose unit and glucose.
Boli BG effectively breaks down beta-glucan in wheat and cereal endosperm cell wall. It is widely used in beer brewing, juice processing and wine making.

Effect of Temperature

The optimal temperature is *5～*0°C (**1～**0°F); the effective temperature is *0～*0°C (**4～**8°F).

Effect of PH
The optimal pH is 5.2～5.8, effective pH is 4.8～7.5.

Usage Guidelines
Add Boli BG at the beginning of mashing. Typical dosage in beer brewery is 0.**5～0.**5% of malt (in weight).
The optimal dosage is recommended to start from 0.*2% of malt (in weight) in malting process.
