Beta-Glucanase Powder  is a high concentrated beta-glucanase enzyme made from the strain of Trichoderma reesei by submerged liquid fermentation and refined extraction technology.

Beta-Glucanase Powder contains abundant Beta-Glucanase, which can catalyze the β-Glucosan in plants efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to reduce the viscosity of processed plants and animal chymus. DEFINITION OF UNIT 
1 unit of Beta-Glucanase Powder  equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes dextran to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 min. at *0°C and pH4.8.  

FUNCTION CONDITIONS
Working at pH 3.**6.5, optimum 4.**5.5; working temperature ****5°C, favorable ****5°C.  

FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
Beta-Glucanase Powder hydrolyzes 1,3 and 1,4 glycosidic bond from beta-glucanase, breaks down macromolecule viscous glucan into low-viscosity isomaltose and maltotriose.

In feed industry
1. Reduce the viscosity of the chyme in the intestinal, break the framework of plant cell wall, eliminate its anti-nutritive role, improve the yielding capacity of the animals;
