Directions  for use::  ½ teaspoon (2,5 ml) a day mixed with water or juice and drink a prepared mixture.

 ½ teaspoon supplies  2,5 mg of zinic (*5% Recommended Daily Allowance), 0,5 mg of copper (*0% RDA) and *5 µg of chromium (*3% RDA).
