Directions  for use:: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day mixed with water or juice and drink a prepared mixture.

 1 teaspoon supplies  5 mg of zinic (*0% Recommended Daily Allowance), 1 mg of copper (**0% RDA) and *0 mg of  magnesium (2,5 RDA).
