     Papermaking dry net cleaning agent is the efficient detergent developed and produced by our company to remove dirt and embossing on machine from various papermaking dry net. The product plays many roles in strong wetting, penetration, emulsification, dispersion, suspension, re-deposition resistance, anti-static electricity, etc. For the dry net obstacles which aren't rinsed easily with general cleaning product and the coarse calico with complex ingredients and long circular net dirt, the product can thoroughly remove them by recovering drainability, unchoking hole, improving breathability and running speed of paper machine, reducing energy consumption, improving paper quality and yield, and can save time, labor and water, facilitate operation, without coarse calico damage, equipment erosion, etc. The product can conduct the cleaning of whole forming net on machine according to the specific operation regulations to rapidly and effectively eliminate dirt and completely eradicate embossing; The product can also conduct partial cleaning: There is partial embossing on coarse cotton cloth, it can be rinsed accordingly. The position with embossing can be rinsed in targeted manner to spend little money. The product can obviously prolong the service life of coarse calico for **3 times, and reduce the production cost of paper factory, with significant economic benefit.

Performance characteristics

1      The cleaning agent shall be sprayed evenly, and for the part with severe dirt, the consumption of cleaning agent shall be increased. 

2      If there is resin adhesive and severe dirt on the surface of dry net, the steam can be added for heating to achieve better using effect.
