Introduction:

 1. The round state materials of banbury go through 
hoister, conical feeder, extruder, pelletizing, 
cooling, sieving to terminal bin all work automatically by 
assembly line.

2. Materials after banburying can be forced into single 
screw, fully dispersed without too much friction heat, 
and the dispersion effect is excellent. Main machine is 
low current, energy saving and environmental protection. 
The machine is used for producing PVC, low smoke non-halogen cable material, internal and external shielding 
material, chlorinated polyethylene, functional 
masterbatch, color masterbatch, heat shrinkable material,
 PP with carbon black low smoke non-halogen series plastic-rubber raw materials.

3. Materials finished banburying by banbury mixer via 
main machine be pressed into conical pelletier，conical 
forced feeder and die face system etc..
