Properties
Calcium chloride is
white powder, flake, pellet or granular. It’s soluble in water,

and ethyl amide, but insoluble in ether.

Applications
1. Melting snow and
ice in highway, expressway, parking lot and port.
2. Used as dryer, anti-fog, and anti-dust agent also fireproof
agent.
3. Used as protective agent and refining agent for petroleum/oil
field.
4. Used as pigment assistance agent of textile. It is a kind of
raw material.
5. Making HClO in water treatment.
6. Used in waste paper processing as removing printing ink
agent.
7. Used in swimming pool for disinfection and so on.
