~The CAP BALANCER is a spring assist hinge that allows a heavy lid
(manholde cover of the reactor or vessel) to be opened and closed
with a light impetus using the force of the spring.
 It alleviates the burden on a worker engaged in opening and
closing a heavy object.
 The CAP BALANCER is used for opening a horizontally
positioned lid. (It is not used for a vertically positioned
lid.)
