Product Description

The equipment is used for production of purified water and mineral water in PET bottles. It integrates rinsing, filling and capping in one machine with rational structure ,safe operation, reliable working and easy maintenance. 
It is a hybrid of technology from Italy and German with high speed and stable liquid control. Bottles are conveyed thru pneumatic conveyer and then clamped, rinsed, filled and capped. The capping is not restricted by the height and shape of bottles as long as the caps and bottle mouths are same size*-only bottle feed plate need to be changed in this case. 
Tt is driven by oil nylon gear with small noise and stable running. The magnetic torque type cap screwing head can grab and then screw the caps with step-less adjustable screwing torque. The caps will be screwed with constant torque and tight seal without any damages. The horizontal rotary cap handler can send signals in case the hopper is short of caps without damaging the surface of caps.
Through PLC control with touch screen and automatic control of the liquid level in the material cylinder, the whole machine will stop filling and capping whenever there is no bottles.
